Using the service

You are responsible for your account and the information and content you provide. Use the service lawfully, and obtain permission from participants before submitting their contact details, making calls, recording conversations or publishing their contributions. Do not use the app for unsolicited calls, harassment, impersonation or infringement of others' rights.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize the service and its providers to process that content as needed to create, store and share the podcasts you request. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded photos, recordings and other material. Public episode links may be forwarded or accessed by others.

Generated content and availability

AI-generated content can contain mistakes. Review episodes before sharing them and do not rely on generated content as professional advice. Features and availability may change. Any applicable price or subscription terms should be displayed before you agree to a paid purchase.

Privacy and support

Our privacy policy explains how information is processed. Contact us to report misuse, request removal of content or request account deletion. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
