Impromptu at phonepodcaster.com helps you create and share podcast episodes from phone interviews. For privacy questions or requests, contact thomasbizzell01@gmail.com.

Information used by the app

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile picture where available. We use these details to create or access your account. Google sign-in requests basic identity information; it does not grant access to your Gmail, Drive or Google Photos.

The app processes information you provide, including profile details, group membership, participant names and phone numbers, uploaded photos, interview questions, call recordings, transcripts and generated episode content. Technical logs and session information support authentication, operation and troubleshooting.

How information is used and shared

Information is processed to authenticate users, manage podcast groups, make requested calls, produce episodes and provide sharing features. Hosting and authentication providers (Lovable and Supabase), calling services and AI production services process information needed to supply these features. The current calling integration uses Bland AI. If you use a payment feature, the payment provider processes payment details.

Episode pages, recordings and thumbnails shared through public links can be accessed by people with those links. Only upload or publish material you and your participants are comfortable sharing. Obtain participants' permission before entering their details, recording interviews or publishing their contributions.

Storage, retention and choices

Your browser stores session information to keep you signed in. Service providers may process information in countries outside your own. Account and podcast information is retained to provide the service; contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about retention for particular information. Copies already downloaded or shared by others may remain outside our control.

You can sign out of the app or revoke its access in your Google Account settings. Revoking Google access does not itself delete your app account or published episodes. Contact us for account or content deletion requests.

Updates

This page may be updated when the service changes. The date above identifies the current version.
